                                                              Important Coronavirus Announcement June 2020

I hope this finds you and your family in good health. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: my commitment to your safety and wellbeing.

By its very nature, chiropractic requires close contact, which implies risk.  By following current guidelines, together we can minimize risk and maintain a safe, healing environment. As we navigate life with additional requirements due to the coronavirus, please help me to support all of my patients by cooperating with some new requirements.

My practice follows infection control guidelines recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. I made these changes to help protect my patients and myself. For example:

  • I will communicate with you beforehand to obtain updates to your health information and ask you specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19.
  • When you arrive at the office, the door will be locked. Please wait in your vehicle or enjoy the lovely parking lot sunshine until I text you or call you to come in. This ensures that we  have only one patient and myself in the office at any one time. I will schedule on the half hour, so that when one patient leaves, I have time to sanitize and washup before the next patient is allowed in.
  • I’ll ask you if you have developed any symptoms of illness since we spoke on the phone. If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment.
  • Please bring a face mask to use while you are in the building, and during your treatment. I'll be wearing one as well.
  • There is a hand-hygiene station that I will ask you to use  in the reception area upon entering.

I look forward to seeing you again and am happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps I take to keep you, and every patient, safe in my practice.

To all: Be safe, take this seriously but keep a good attitude.

                                                  Are you struggling with pain?

Avoiding favorite activities?

Fast pain relief is my goal with every patient.

Help is closer than you think!

Take a breath and relax. You've found the place to get the high quality, hands-on care you deserve. And right in your neighborhood! As a chiropractor with more than 20 years experience, I have helped thousands of people. Most have returned to full activity - work and recreation - feeling better than ever. In addition to receiving great hands-on care and therapy modalities to ease sore muscles, calm the nervous system and decrease pain, my patients learn how to prevent their problem from coming back, through simple lifestyle changes and a stretching/exercise program designed for each individual patient.

I work with people with different problems, body types, ages, injuries, conditions and activity levels- from couch potatoes to weekend warriors to high performance athletes.

If you live in Ridgefield, Redding, Wilton, Weston or of course, Georgetown, my office is convenient to you.

Almost every patient has a neuromusculoskeletal problem, a fancy name for a common problem - something that hurts, feels funny or doesn't move right, anywhere in the body. Pain after an auto accident or during your favorite sport? Soreness and stiffness in your neck after sitting at a computer for hours? End of the day headache? Low back or hip stiffness after sitting? Pain after "moving wrong" or "sleeping funny?" All are examples of neuromusculoskeletal problems. All can be helped.

The most typical problems of this type include:

  • Auto, Sports and Work Injury
  • Bad Posture
  • Headache
  • Neck Pain and Stiffness
  • Pain, Ache or Stiffness Across the Shoulders and Upper Back
  • Pain, Tingling, Numbness, Weakness or a Heavy Feeling Down the Arms
  • Mid and Lower Back Pain
  • Buttocks, Hip, Thigh, Knee, Leg and Feet Problems.
  • Mental and Physical Fatigue
  • Simply Not Feeling Your Best

You deserve a doctor who takes the time to personally provide the best care possible:

Hands on, gentle, effective treatment

Education on the safest ways to do all activities

Personal instruction on the stretches and exercises to correct your problem, not a handout of exercises to teach yourself
